The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers towards the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency explained it really is alarmed in regards to the higher variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no fully functional office focused on service the area daily. The company point created for intervention experiences a large influx of potential beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for that office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a sassa status service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more resources to enable the servicing of all prospects and maximize usage of Social sassa status check Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
